Hi, I’m Tati, a passionate enthusiast of life and the inner power of the human spirit! For over 20 years, I’ve studied the realms of self-discovery, spirituality, Quantum Physics, and conscious nutrition. Having ADHD made meditation a real challenge, but I knew I urgently needed to bring order to my mind for more harmony in my life.
My strong intention led me to channel a way to harness hyperactivity to my advantage, and that’s how I created the Zen In Motion method, using music and movement to engage the mind while meditating through energetic visualizations. Zen In Motion is a type of active meditation, and for different life situations, I’ve designed specific practices that are quick, fun, and deliver powerful results!
